adidas has a laundry list of impactful collaborators on its roster, and among the strongest ones is none other than Pharrell Williams. The creative polymath and the Three Stripes have an impressive portfolio of collaborative products together and now it appears that both parties will be launching another N.E.R.D.-themed colorway. This forthcoming rendition pays homage to the band — which features members Pharrell, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley — and the 20th anniversary of ‘In Search of…’ — their debut album that dropped on March 12, 2001.

The upper PrimeKnit materials along with the laces and cages that sit just above the mid-foot are drenched in a creamy beige hue. N.E.R.D. branding runs down the middle of the right shoe while Japanese lettering adorns the left, both of which are embroidered in white. To call out the two-decade old record, adidas slaps on a “20” hit on the heightened parts of the heel and backdrops it in a vibrant teal hue. Interior linings alternate between a peachy color on the right side while a baby blue fills in the left. Midsoles are done up with more beige blocks and BOOST cushioning while the outsoles split between baby blue and mint finishes on the treading.

No release date has been confirmed by adidas yet, but it’s likely that these will see an official launch in the coming weeks.
