Acne Studios Reintroduces Its Bolzter With an All-Over “Tumbled” Effect
A sneaker inspired by hiking gear and ’90s rave wear.
Acne Studios has unveiled its chunky eye-catching Bolzter sneakers in a distressed “Tumbled” colorway this season, following the recent unveiling of its Spring/Summer 2022 menswear collection.
The Bolzter — which arrived in “Off-White”, blue, and black colorways last year — was first introduced in 2019, citing its unique look as a homage to hiking gear and ’90s rave wear. This season the Swedish fashion house returns to the technical silhouette, opting to douse it in an all-over heavily-distressed “Tumbled” effect.
Sat atop a textured rubber sole, each Bolzter houses branding on the tongue alongside a suede-like upper, mesh panelling and a thick padded collar for comfort.
Acne Studios’ Bolster “Tumbled” is available to buy now from HBX, retailing at $625 USD.
