The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT Takes on a "Team Red" Colorway

Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT — a modernized take on the beloved Air Jordan 1 — has been revealed in a new “Team Red” colorway. What sets the CMFT apart from the OG AJ 1 is that seemingly every release boasts material tweaks and experimentations, and “Team Red” is no different: it combines elevated elegance and sporty style in equal measures.

This CMFT’s signature “Team Red” hue, which is more of a burgundy shade than it is a regular red, is used on the rich leather mudguard, collar flaps, heel and eyestays, where it’s connected by circular boot-style laces. Tan suede appears on the toeboxes, quarters and exposed foam tongues, while collars use a dual-layered duo of tan and blue mesh and cut out Swooshes are presented in blue mesh. Further branding is provided by a blue Zoom Air tongue tag and a debossed ball-and-wings logo on the collar flap. Insoles nod to the heel’s Zoom Air cushioning unit, with white midsoles and sport blue outsoles finalizing the look.

Currently, no official release date for the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT has been announced. However, it’ll likely hit Air Jordan stockists later this summer.
