nanamica Honors Tanner Goods' 15th Anniversary With GORE-TEX Capsule Collaboration
Accompanied by limited edition tableware.
As nanamica continues rolling out its versatile Spring/Summer 2021 garms, the Japanese label is partnering with leather experts Tanner Goods for a special collaboration that unites both label’s outdoorsy ethos in honor of the Portland retailer’s 15th anniversary. The thematic lineup includes special seasonal layering pieces and homegoods cooked up alongside Tanner’s tableware brand, Mazama.
Offered in limited numbers, the joint effort sees nanamica executing a lightweight jacket and hat made from its preferred GORE-TEX-lined cotton, both realized in indigo hues and offset by tonal panels for gentle contrast. The items match a pair of pouches crafted from Japanese Konbu material, juxtaposing Tanner’s bespoke leather against that same cool-hued cotton. Finally, Mazama’s classic mug has been remade by nanamica utilizing traditional ceramic craftsmanship, yielding a custom Yunomi cup that straddles both brands’ ideals.
Shop the exclusive Tanner Goods and Mazama items on nanamica’s web store and at its New York flagship on April 10.
