Kriss Kyle Showcases Mountain Biking Creativity With Latest Edit
One of the most satisfying videos you’ll watch.
Daily 5km runs with a weighted vest, hours on the rowing machine, regular gym sessions and broken ribs: it’s safe to say British mountain bike rider Kriss Kyle was committed to the cause when it came to his latest release.
The British BMX and now mountain bike rider headed to Wales for his new Out of Season edit to show it’s possible to be creative when it comes to adrenaline-fuelled action.
The 29-year-old — who suffered a broken rib as he tried to land the opening jump of the edit — takes us on a truly satisfying journey as he pulls off elegant jumps and an abundance of on-bike tricks to further elevate himself as one of the world’s most versatile and scintillating riders.
“The approach I took to preparing my body for this edit was like nothing I’ve done before,” explains Kyle. “I knew my body would probably take more of a battering as I navigated tougher tricks with a heavier bike in muddy conditions. I didn’t actually realise I’d broken my rib when I did it, all of the adrenaline was going and in all honesty it could have been a lot worse as I managed to miss several tree stumps.”
