Fendi's Playful Summertime "BASKET" Handbag Is Made from Recycled Plastic
Referencing plastic shopping baskets of the ’90s.
Fendi is welcoming in the warm weather with a new playful series of handbags. Channeling the plastic baskets of the ’90s, these lightweight carrying accessories are made from recycled plastic with a tone-on-tone embossed leather Fendi stamp.
The airy handbag sees one main unlined compartment and is finished with gold-colored hardware. Completing the bag is a leather clasp and an optional shoulder strap. Made in Italy, the medium-sized Basket is priced at £650 GBP ($895 USD) while the small-sized version sells for £450 GBP ($620 USD). Each version comes in the colors pink, white, light blue, and orange.
