Bubba Watson Reveals His Air Jordan 4 Golf PE For the Masters Tournament
“If I wasn’t ready for the Masters, I am now!” Watson proclaimed in the caption of his shoe-debuting Instagram post.

Ahead of the Masters Tournament‘s start on April 8, Bubba Watson — a former two-time Masters champion who won the event in 2012 and 2014 — has revealed a new Air Jordan 4 Golf PE. Watson has been known to wear special Jordan Brand shoes during the PGA Tour‘s most prestigious tournaments, and is a clear subscriber to the “look good, play good” mindset: the caption on his Instagram post revealing the shoes reads “If I wasn’t ready for the Masters, I am now!”
Watson’s new PEs offer up a supple white leather upper with metallic green top and bottom eyestays, a green Jumpman on the tongue tag and yellow tongue trim. White midsoles sit atop a golf-specific outsole, made of metallic green TPU and equipped with six circular white spikes. With the color scheme and hefty helping of metallic detailing, the design looks like a cross between the Air Jordan 4 “Metallic Green,” a team-issue Oregon Ducks sneaker and an ultra-modern take on the famed green blazer that’s awarded to the Masters Tournament champion each year.
As this is indeed a player edition, it won’t see a retail release. However if you’re looking to catch it in action, Watson is set to tee off his first round at 10:06 AM EDT on April 8.
Elsewhere in the world of Air Jordan, the Air Jordan 5 “Toro Bravo” is set to release in the coming days.
