Shortly after launching its “FINAL CUT” exhibition at Seoul’s Arario Gallery, POST ARCHIVE FACTION has now officially released its Spring/Summer 2021 “4.0” collection.

Unveiled near the end of 2020, the latest seasonal range from the South Korean label introduces an experimental process into utility. Functionality comes in the focus through an exploration of movement expressed by irregular and iterative representations of asymmetric form and collapsing shapes.

The selection of unusual and inexplicable uniform-like garments includes windbreakers, suit jackets, shirting and an array of bottoms. Detailing includes peculiar seam line position and uniquely practical details such as stretchable elbow panels and dynamic expandable utility pockets. Aside from black and gray offerings, the “4.0” collection also delivers plays on neon green, bright yellow, navy-green and blue-grey.

Priced between $360 and $1,600 USD, the “4.0” collection is available now on POST ARCHIVE FACTION’s website.

For more contemporary fashion, detailing and color study defines XLIM’s inaugural SS21 “EP.01” collection.
