Merrell Goes GORE-TEX Heavy for Its Latest Moab
Getting you to where you need to be, but with dry feet.

After teaming up with Outdoor Voices for a collaborative Moab hiking boot last year, American outdoors experts Merrell have revisited the hiking-inspired footwear range to launch its all-new GORE-TEX-drenched Moab Speed.
A streamlined take of Merrell’s classic Moab walking boot, this new stripped-back, lightweight take continues to offer traction and protection, yet does it with an all-over GORE-TEX cover.
Sat atop a Vibram Ecodura sole — which has been constructed using 30% recycled rubber — and a FloatPro Foam midsole, the Speed GTX also houses a rock plate which dampens feedback from unkind surfaces.
Breathable thanks to its mesh and TPU upper, each shoe comes with a 100% recycled mesh lining and a padded collar for extra support.
Arriving in an array of vibrant colorways, Merrell’s new Moab Speed range is available to buy now from the brand’s online webstore.
In other news, Specialized’s S-Works Ares are cycling shoes that find the ideal balance between power and all-day comfort.
