Yukimi Daifuku's Pancake Mochi Ice Cream is Breakfast-Ready

Lotte‘s beloved Yukimi Daifuku mochi ice cream brand is now set to release a breakfast-ready flavor.
Mostly known for its original vanilla flavor, the frozen treat name has developed a take on its mochi-wrapped ice cream inspired by pancakes. The Yukimi Daifuku Mochi Mochi Pancake features a chewy glutinous layer that covers pancake-flavored ice cream with a Canadian maple syrup sauce center. Coming in packs of two, the sweet treat comes with a two-pronged pick for easy enjoyment.
Lotte’s Yukimi Daifuku Mochi Mochi Pancake will be available in supermarkets, grocery stores and other retail locations in Japan March 2 with stateside imports expected to come in the near future.
