mindseeker and Rocky Mountain Featherbed Unveil Boro Bandana Jackets

After introducing its bandana take on the Christy Down Jacket, mindseeker and Rocky Mountain Featherbed have come together once again for a new vintage processed expression of the classic outerwear style.
This time around, the Christy Down Jacket has been constructed with rare U.S. bandanas for a patchwork-designed body. The worn, torn and patched remake exterior is then accented by traditional Japanese boro mending. The careful stitching applies texture reminiscent of sashiko wears found in Japan that have survived for more than a century. Each jacket is unique with differing patchwork displays and boro stitching applications.
The mindseeker × Rocky Mountain Featherbed Boro Bandana Jackets will be available on mindseeker’s website come December 16.
