Since first entering the market in 2015, the adidas NMD has been released in a superfluity of new models and still remains as one of the strongest lifestyle models for the German imprint. Earlier in 2021, Pharrell took the liberty of debuting one of its newest silhouettes titled the adidas NMD S1, and it has now popped up in a brand new “Grey/Green Glow” colorway.

This is only the second colorway that the brand has officially unveiled since first previewing its inaugural white colorway, and it definitely takes a different route aesthetically as it ushers in a more muted palette. PrimKnit material makes up the heightened layer and comes mostly submerged in a dark grey hue. Smaller accents of white are visible through the stripes on the laces, semi-see-through mid-foot windows on the quarter panels and the “NMD” branding that is positioned on the interiors of the heels. The chunky midsole piece and outsoles are served up with a minty “Green Glow” tint, the latter of which is constructed with triple stacked Trefoil logos which provides heavy branding and traction.

Parties interested in copping can expect these to land on the shelves sometime in 2022 with retail being set at $180 USD.
