Nigel Cabourn and Umbro Release a Military-Inspired Rugby Capsule
Featuring a WW2 Ruby Ball remake, retro apparel and suede trainers.

Following a football-infused capsule with Aries, Umbro taps vintage fashion designer Nigel Cabourn for a 10-piece Fall/Winter 2021 military-inspired rugby collection.
Apparel pieces include regiment rugby tops in gold/navy and light blue/navy incorporating quilted shoulders and a large faded poplin patch on the back, drill training sets in Royal Air Force Navy, and boxy double-globe-print training sweaters with contrast striped cuffs. Two eight-gauge knitted cotton beanies are available in light and dark blue hues, and a two-tone Umbro x Nigel Cabourn 5v5 Suede Trainer appears in RAF Navy suede with a co-branded gold foil tongue and embroidered felt logos. A hand-sewn WW2 Rugby Ball replica is offered in aged leather and contrast stitching to round out the collection.
The Nigel Cabourn x Umbro collection is now available on the Cabourn and Umbro websites. Head over to the dedicated collaboration page for a look into the inspiration behind the collection. Pieces range from £40 GBP for the beanies to £135 GBP for the drill training tops (approximately $55 to $183 USD).
