Moncler and HOKA Elevate the Mafate Speed 2 Trail Running Shoe
Redesigned for the mountains.
Performance footwear and apparel brand HOKA has teamed up with Moncler to reimagine the Mafate Speed 2 running shoe.
The redesigned silhouette is suited for the mountains with an all-terrain performance-ready construction. The shoe features a white and silver design with HOKA’s signature geometry and the Moncler and HOKA names. With a focus on technical terrains, the shoe features a thick midsole for support and a Vibram Megagrip outsole for added traction. The footwear is finished off with Moncler’s tricolor detailing and its signature Moncler felt patch on the tongue.
Last month, Moncler announced its inaugural fragrances “Moncler Pour Homme” and “Moncler Pour Femme” through its Moncler Genius project. The men’s fragrance features notes of cedarwood, sandalwood, clary sage, vetiver and citrus, while the women’s fragrance features Italian bergamot, jasmine sambac, heliotrope, amber, vanilla and more.
Priced at £215 GBP (about $294 USD), the limited-edition Moncler x HOKA Mafate Speed 2 is available now at Moncler House of Genius stores, pop-ups and a selection of Moncler boutiques worldwide. Additionally, it will be available at HOKA.com starting December 1, 2021.
