Unboxing: Streetwear Brand Latrine Drops an Unexpected Beekeeper Suit
Celebrating the premiere of the Amazon Original Series ‘Fairfax’ on Prime Video.

If you haven’t heard of Latrine, that’s about to change. The streetwear brand will be prominently featured in the new series, Fairfax, which premieres this week. Look no further than its Instagram bio to get a feel for the label’s not-a-care-to-give attitude. It reads: “You might recognize us from that cartoon @fairfaxonprime cause we just got the Bezos bag for that #fairfaxonprime.” Latrine’s collaboration with Dr. Phil, which sees the famous doctor’s face on a range of T-shirts, will tell you even more about the not-so-serious approach to fashion. Fittingly, Latrine’s latest release, a rare beekeeper suit, is completely random yet has a distinct air of desirability to it. Piquing our curiosity, HYPEBEAST got our hands on the new Latrine ‘fit for an exclusive Unboxing.
The beekeeper suit taps into a recent, if not slightly odd, trend of using fashion to cover one’s face and identity (see: Kim Kardashian at the Met Gala; Kanye West at lunch with Michael Cohen). Latrine’s approach comes by way of a veiled headpiece adorned in the brand’s signature red box logo. This is matched by a white, full body suit with the same branding appearing along the legs, arms and at the belt line. Rounding out the look is a coordinating crimson crossbody bag, because every serious beekeeper needs to be adequately accessorized.
Though the limited-edition Latrine beekeeper suit is available exclusively via seeding, its drop marks the release of the new show Fairfax, which begins streaming tomorrow, October 29, on Prime Video.
