Slowtide started back in 2015 between friends Dario Phillips, Kyle Spencer, and Wylie Von Tempsky as a way to blend their surf lifestyle with their love for art. Never ones to find beach towels that combined these two worlds, the three have gone on to collaborate with a number of local and emerging artists, legendary bands such as The Beatles and Pink Floyd, to its latest Keith Haring collection which dropped today.

In conjunction with global artist licensing firm, Artestar, the capsule features an array of Haring’s pattern-heavy artworks with Slowtide’s super soft and absorbent cotton. There is a set for virtually all types of settings — hand towels, robes, and fleece blankets for the house, fitness rags for the gym, and changing ponchos for those of you who surf.

Prices range from $19.95 USD for the “Rise Up Fitness Towel” and “Breakers Hand Towel,” to $89.95 USD for the “Burrows Changing Poncho” and $194.95 USD for the “Breakers Bath Towel Four-Piece Bundle.” Check out the full collection on Slowtide’s website.

Elsewhere, Sotheby’s has launched a digital art platform called the Metaverse.
