Channel Your Inner Hottie with Popeyes and Megan Thee Stallion's First Merch Drop
The collaborative collection brings the sauce with apparel, accessories and chicken tenders dog toys.
Popeyes’ and Megan Thee Stallion’s recently unveiled their collaborative Hottie Sauce, a dipping sauce to complement the brand’s nuggets and signature Chicken Sandwich. The ongoing partnership is not only limited to food offerings, but also includes a merchandise collection designed to be worn even when Hot Girl Summer is over. Titled “Thee Heat,” the first drop includes bikinis, long sleeve T-shirts, hats, tumblers and Popeyes chicken tenders plush dog toys.
Throughout the collection, Megan Thee Stallion’s bold and sweet style has been interpreted into neon-colored graphics on black and orange apparel. Graphic T-shirts that say “saucy” in a gothic font lend a new, double meaning to the popular slang word. Other Hottie-inspired design elements of the collection include flames graphics, both in Emoji form and in a mysterious image of a burning Popeyes receipt.
This first merchandise drop is presented alongside a Western-inspired lookbook that pays tribute to Megan Thee Stallion’s hometown of Houston, Texas. The music star and Popeyes also brought these vibes to a short film where Megan’s alter ego, Tina Snow, steals the Hottie sauce.
The Megan Thee Stallion x Popeyes “Thee Heat” merchandise is available now at the collection’s dedicated website. The website also offers the opportunity for fans to be amongst the first to receive new updates and notifications about upcoming drops with Megan Thee Stallion.
