Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay has just been crowned Mr. Olympia for the second time in a row.

Now the first male to repeat as Mr. Olympia since Phil Heath during his dominant 2011 – 2017 reign, Big Ramy was joined by Brandon Curry and Hadi Choopan (People’s Champion), where Curry and Choopan took home second and third place, respectively.

Big Ramy is now the second-ever Arab Mr. Olympia competitor as well as the first non-American to win the title (2020 and 2021) since 1997. Elssbiay took home $400,000 USD in prize money.
