In Loro Piana’s debut collaboration with fragment design‘s Hiroshi Fujiwara, the brand puts forth a capsule collection that redefines modern street style with timeless elegance.

Compiled of ten definitive looks, the capsule features a series of gender fluid garments that adopt natural cuts and clean lines in keeping with Fujiwara’s contemporary streetwear imprint. Each piece draws inspiration from the designer’s Japanese heritage, where purity is brought to the forefront of the collection and the ancient Tsunagi print is incorporated into knit items.

Across the collection, Loro Piana’s quality fabric craftsmanship is upheld in the use of Tasmanian Super 150’S Wool and Baby Cashmere. The soft materials find their way on round-neck sweaters, hats, scarves and a straight-cut dress which also includes small torn details, an example of modern detailing in the capsule. Other items in the minimalist offering include a reversible bomber, a two-piece jacket and pant set and an overcoat. Coming in colors of navy blue, black, charcoal and white, the garments present themselves as staple items that will transcend momentary trends.

Explore the Loro Piana featuring Hiroshi Fujiwara lookbook in the gallery above. The complete capsule collection will be available from October 13 in Loro Piana boutiques and the brand’s webstore.
