Balenciaga Drops Rainbow-Tinged Runner Sneaker
Retailing for $1,150 USD.

Balenciaga continues to dominate the luxury sneaker market with yet another take on its recently-released Runner sneaker, this time around dropping it in a rainbow-tinged gray colorway.
Following on from the pink iteration, a Justin Bieber-fronted campaign, and the inaugural limited-run drop, this pair is without fail the most colorful thus far. Gray mesh has been used across the shoe’s entire upper, forming the base, before a leather-free construction of panels overlap and intertwine with each other in a myriad of chrome colors, from silver to purple and orange.
The multi-piece sole unit is also served up in an array of colors, with the size-stamped toe appearing in purple, the forefoot sole coming in blue, a mid-section in yellow, the rear sole in green — which is stacked beneath black and white plugs — and a yellow Balenciaga-branded heel clip that sits beneath the distressed white heel support. On here, rainbow stripes grace the collar, while a blue heel loop, orange tongue embroidery, and black “Runner” branding round out the sneaker’s playful look.
As expected, the Balenciaga Runner retails for $1,150 USD and can be bought from Balenciaga’s website and boutiques worldwide now.
