Watch Nintendo Staff Build NES Consoles In a Lost Video from 1990
Today’s gaming consoles have certainly come a long way.
A lost video of Nintendo facilities from 1990 has recently been found, and it offers an intriguing glimpse of what was happening behind the scenes at the gaming company.
It’s a 20-minute B-reel of various footage showing an inside look of Nintendo in America as part of an old news report, and it was only just uploaded this week on YouTube. The video is cut into various parts that highlight the company’s operations, from day-to-day activities to manufacturing to Research and Development. Some parts of the video are narrated, while others simply document the work that goes on at the company, like workers putting together NES consoles in an assembly, which is satisfyingly nostalgic to watch.
