Flying Lotus Confirms He and MF DOOM Had Collab EP in the Works
The pair previously linked up for the track “Lunch Break.”

In the midst of the shock from MF DOOM’s death, collaborator Flying Lotus revealed that he and the late rapper were actually working on an EP together.
The Brainfeeder founder broke the news of the project to a fan on Twitter who shared that many were looking forward to a full-length collab between the two. “I hate to say this but we were actually working on an EP. There were more songs that I haven’t even heard,” he confirmed.
FlyLo, much like a number of fans and colleagues of the Operation: Doomsday artist, also mourned the loss of MF DOOM online. “God f*cking damnit. What the f*ck!!?!? Are u serious ?” he wrote in one tweet, while another saw the album cover of Madvillainy and the caption, “All u ever needed in hip hop was this record. Sorted. Done. Give it to the f*cking aliens.”
The pair recently linked up for the Grand Theft Auto Online cut “Lunch Break,” and another MF DOOM joint with BADBADNOTGOOD entitled “The Chocolate Conquistador” appeared on the game’s FlyLo FM radio station.
