After teasing a collaboration with LEGO recently, adidas Originals has now revealed the latest installment in its A to ZX project. For the new release, the sportswear giant has teamed up with Berlin-based collective deadHYPE to release an eye-catching ZX 8000.

The collaborative ZX 8000 “Thanos” — which made its debut earlier this Summer, and is now receiving a wider release — is decked out in a purple colorway. Darker tones sit alongside pastel sections, covering the sneaker’s leather upper. Arguably the stand-out detailing is the lack of adidas Three Stripe branding, which has been replaced by a solid leather panel instead.

Finishing off the design is a range of co-branded accents. This includes neon green logos on the footbed and subtle deadHYPE touches on the sidewwall.

Take a look at the deadHYPE x adidas Originals ZX 8000 “Thanos” in the gallery above. The sneaker is due to release via END. on September 12.
