Back for Fall/Winter 2020, C2H4 has returned to introduce its Case #R002 “Filtered Reality” collection. The latest seasonal range conducts a discussion of human cognition and perception as a filter of reality – the relationship between our conscious reality and the true reality. Expressing the variety of perspectives formed by the summary of knowledge and experiences through C2H4’s filter, the brand provides an “interpretation of reality through our subjective consciousness.”

Throughout the FW20 collection, garments serve as the main medium to deliver the progressive concept in a futuristic outlook of design. For the season, C2H4 focussed on contemporary fabric materials and processes, testing and tailoring cultural theories, crafting apparel with challenging properties in a synthesis of peculiar style. In its efforts to revolutionize the established meaning of garments, the label has launched its “Denim Project.”

Building on its launch of womenswear, the future-forward imprint has also launched its first women’s leather bag. Dubbed the “Nebula,” the carrying option is constructed of ECCO leather panels and features a striking hardware system that serves as function and design. Finally, the “Filtered Reality” collection also sees the release of the proprietary Atom Alpha and Quark Alpha footwear models that build on VIBRAM models.

The Case #R002 “Filtered Reality” SS20 collection is available now on C2H4’s website.
