UPDATE (June 10, 2020): The Nike Dunk Low SP “University Red” has had its US release date pushed to July 1. European/Asian releases will proceed as originally planned on June 12.

ORIGINAL STORY (June 8, 2020): Officially revealed last month, Nike is now gearing up for the “University Red” release following the drop of the Dunk Low SP “Brazil” and ahead of the “Champ Colors” colorway.

Part of a pack of three “Team Tones,” the upcoming white and red two-tone design references a classic varsity color scheme. Constructed of premium leather, the colorway features a clean white base accented by contrasting “University Red” overlays and midfoot Swooshes. Accompanying branding details include tongue tags, printed insoles and “NIKE” embroidery at the rear. Rounding up the design of the shoes are bright red laces and pure white midsoles paired with rubber outsoles that continue the contrasting tone found on the upper.

Priced at $100 USD, the Dunk Low SP “University Red” is set to release June 12 on Nike SNKRS and select retailers like END. Clothing via raffle.

For more footwear news, an Air Jordan 1 High Zoom “Space Hippie” recently surfaced.
