Balenciaga's Tyrex Gets Minimal, Futuristic Colorway
Sporting an aerodynamic design.

Balenciaga has unveiled a brand new iteration of its Tyrex sneakers. Following a bright “Fluo Yellow” colorway, the Spanish luxury house has given the silhouette a futuristic “Black/White” makeover.
Starting at the top of the shoe is a breathable mesh tongue, complemented by hits of dark rubber overlays. Color-blocked into three separate sections, the rear half of the shoe features a black shade, complemented by sleek gray panels on the medial side and a mix of white leather and rubber materials at the forefoot. “BALENCIAGA” branding is stamped at the heel counter, just below an arched pull tab, while “TYREX” is written at the edge of the toecap. All of these details are placed above an articulated midsole, equipped with a vented heel piece for optimal comfort and support.
Balenciaga’s monochromatic Tyrex is currently available on 24 Sévres’ website for $954 USD.
