Palace Summer 2020 Skate Decks
With designs inspired by the Palace skateboarding team.

Palace has just released a closer look at all the skate decks that are part of its upcoming Summer 2020 drop. This comes just after showing its upcoming season’s lookbook, shot by photographer Lewis Khan and modeled by Lucien Clarke and Rory Milanes.
In the spotlight are decks taken after the Palace skateboarding team. First up, a collaged board with both sides connected by a rope bridge by Jamal Smith, and then six boards with caricature sketches of Benny Fairfax, Danny Brady, Chewy Cannon, Lucas Puig, Lucien Clarke and Rory Milanes, all of whom grinded it out in Hawaii for Betamaximum Palace, which you can check out below.
Another highlight is a board with an emoji-inspired sun, rave-ready Tri-Fergs, and the words “open energie” with its “o” replaced with the taijitu (aka yin yang symbol). Finally, two other skate deck designs include a skull with flaming “Palace” for eyes, and one with a gigantic shock absorber graphic.
Palace’s Summer 2020 collection is set for an online-only global release starting May 15, 11 a.m. EDT at the brand’s official webstore, and in Japan and China May 16, 11 a.m. JST/CST on its Japan webstore and its “Palace_Skateboards” WeChat store respectively.
