adidas UltraBOOST Equips Brightly-Colored Midsoles
New red, yellow and blue BOOST setups for the beloved runner.
adidas Running‘s OG UltraBOOST is still going strong after a half decade on the market, and it’s taking on a trifecta of brightly-colored midsoles for its latest release. Retaining the classic shape and comfy construction that the UB has become known for over the past five years, each style spruces itself up with a fresh take on its beloved BOOST footbed.
These midsoles arrive in either a sultry red, sunny yellow or sublime blue. Each shifts between light and dark tints of its selected shade, but this expanse of tones is most noticeable on the blue pair. Apart from the bold BOOST footbeds, the rest of this trifecta’s details are entirely uniform. Uppers are constructed from black Primeknit, with support provided by black plastic midfoot cages and branded heel clips. More tonal adidas hits appear on the tongue, and black outsoles made of durable Continental rubber complete each look.
All three of these UltraBOOSTs are available for purchase on the adidas webstore now, and each retails at a standard $180 USD price point.
