The Killers Perform "Caution" In a Bathroom On 'Jimmy Kimmel'
Via video-chat on Kimmel’s quarantine show.
After dropping its Sing Lee-directed visuals for “Caution” two days ago, The Killers has performed a stripped-down take of the song on Jimmy Kimmel‘s quarantine show. The show is Kimmel’s aim at “making the most of” mass self-isolation, recording daily “minilogues” as well as video-chats with various guests.
Running at approximately 15 minutes and a half, the recent episode sees Kimmel with his family, addressing things like Trump news, the toilet paper crisis, and Las Vegas’ shut-down, before calling up Brandon Flowers and Ronnie Vannucci of The Killers. On the call, Kimmel and the two band members speak briefly about how they’re holding up and the USBG Foundation’s Bartender Emergency Assistance Program they’re currently involved with (extending help to those in the service industry who are currently out of work). After their talk, Flowers and Vannucci head to the washroom to perform “Caution,” with Fowler on the keyboard and Vannucci on guitar. Backed behind a crisp drum machine, the housebound show presented a rawer version of the song, amplified by the bathroom’s echoing acoustics and Flower’s strong vocals.

In other news, Conan O’Brien has also decided to keep his show running, albeit it’s all done on his iPhone.
