New 'Ghost of Tsushima' Story Trailer Finally Reveals Release Date
Finally arriving this summer.
Sony released a new story trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive Ghost of Tsushima, which also reveals the title will finally arrive this summer. In the footage above, we see our protagonist Jin Sakai’s introduction to the world of a samurai and the hardships that follow.
We are also introduced to a couple of side characters, such as Jin’s uncle, sensei, and father figure Shimura. He begins to grow worried as Jin begins to abandon his teachings to enact revenge and become the titular Ghost of the story. Jin is looking for vengeance against Khotun Khan. “The Khan is the leader of the invading Mongol army and a ruthless, cunning enemy who uses everything he knows about the samurai to try to destroy them. He’s a brutal, unrelenting adversary that Jin will quickly learn not to underestimate,” says Andrew Goldfarb, the communications manager from developer Sucker Punch.
Check out the trailer above and grab Ghost of Tsushima when it arrives on June 26 on PlayStation 4.
