Young Nudy and Metro Boomin Get Animated in "Vice City" MV
A nod to ‘Grand Theft Auto.’
Young Nudy and Metro Boomin have just dropped a single titled “Vice City” accompanied by an animated music video which, like its title, is reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto.
Measuring at three minutes and a half, the song features a sinister mid-tempo groove filled with lush piano riffs and a trap-influenced beat. The instrumentals complement Nudy’s unique vocal cadence and flow, bringing attention to some sobering lyrics. “I seen the worsest of the worse turn snitch / And I seen the realest of the realest turn b*tch,” raps Nudy on the hook. He continues with the verse, “And I got the stick just to protect these honchos / And I’m gone be good anywhere that I go.” The song’s music video has been set in a dark nocturnal haze to match its ominous sound.
