NEXUSVII Adds Utility to Sartorial Classics for FW20
Featuring insulated biker jackets, weatherized parkas, nylon trousers and more.

NEXUSVII has offered new visuals for its Fall/Winter 2020 collection. The Japanese label has been known for its utilitarian design sensibilities, and this season’s lineup takes on a nuanced approach.
Functionality has been added to a number of sartorial and casual silhouettes, like trench coats, fleece jackets, blazers, parkas, biker jackets, hoodies and trousers, to mention a few. Among the eclectic range, one noteworthy piece is a fleece zip-up that comes in a lush beige colorway. The piece boasts details like zippers along the upper chest and waist, finished with dark olive nylon panels. A large reflective strip in the shape of an “X” is placed at the back, while the piece’s extended collars round off the jacket’s design. Another highlight is a wool trench coat that sports an oversized cut. The piece sees raised collars and large waist pockets, completed with silver-toned hardware. Other garments like weatherized parkas, cropped nylon trousers and checkered field jackets finalize the expansive assemblage.
