As an addendum to its Fall/Winter 2020 collection, MAGIC STICK is rolling out the second round of its minimalist essentials line, suitably dubbed “CORE.” Relaxed cuts and a versatile two-tone color palette inform the range, which features MAGIC STICK staples and some universally-loved styles alike.

Brand director Naotaka Konno drew inspiration from snowy mountains and outer space for CORE’s neutral shades, yielding gentle off-white and barely-faded black. Oversized field shirts, boxy T-shirts and darwstring-laden brushed twill trousers lend the selection inherent ease, crafted to the usual high standard of MAGIC STICK’s Japanese-made ware. Along with knit hats, this second edition of CORE also features a special collaboration: two editions of Japanese eyewear brand BOSTON CLUB‘s “Hudson” frame, available in black or smoky pink.

The entire CORE collection is available on MAGIC STICK’s web store and Japanese stockists like ZOETROPE and THE GROUND depot.

Elsewhere, Korean label IISE introduced its own range of low-key wardrobe essentials.
