G Herbo and Chance the Rapper Honor Juice WRLD by Performing "PTSD" on 'Fallon'
An emotional track from G Herbo’s album ‘PTSD’.
This past Monday, G Herbo and Chance the Rapper took the stage on Jimmy Fallon‘s ‘The Tonight Show’ to honor Juice WRLD, the late rapper who unfortunately passed in December 2019 at the young age of 21. The two artists decided to pay their respects to their fellow Chicago native by hopping on the mic and entertaining fans at home with a performance of G Herbo’s title track “PTSD” off his album of the same name.
The performance features Chance and G Herbo each spitting their emotional-yet-powerful verses for about three minutes of the video. As they make their way off stage, Fallon’s crew then pans the camera towards the back section of the room where viewers are eventually met with a painted of mural of Juice WRLD that is appropriately highlighted under a thick layer of purple neon lights.
That very same evening, Chance was also interviewed about his formative days of recording songs in his free-of-charge high school studio, and participated in a fun bit with Fallon by comically performing rap lyrics written by kids.
