Nike Air Force 1 GORE-TEX Drops in "Anthracite/Barely Grey/Black"
A murky colorway arrives on the ready-for-anything winter sneaker.

Nike Sportswear‘s Air Force 1 is already rugged enough to handle almost anything you can throw at it, but the addition of GORE-TEX fabric has made it practically invincible. Due to this indomitable nature, GORE-TEX-equipped Forces have become a key piece of many Nike lovers’ winter rotations, and now an Air Force 1 Low with a seasonally-appropriate “Anthracite/Barely Grey/Black” palette has been brought to market.
Dressed entirely in black, the uppers use a ballistic mesh-style material on the toeboxes, tongues and quarter panels while looking to a supple black leather on mudguards, Swooshes and heels. This whole assemblage is lined with weatherproof GORE-TEX fabric that combats snow, sleet, rain and slush.
Key branded hits are provided by an embroidered silver GORE-TEX spellout under the lateral collar, a GORE-TEX fabric badge on the tongue and Nike Air hits on heels and midsoles alike. These midsoles are dressed in a dark “Anthracite” shade, and black outsoles round off the look.
The Nike Air Force 1 GORE-TEX in “Anthracite/Barely Grey/Black” is available now on the Nike webstore, and is priced at $150 USD.
