Megan Thee Stallion and Young Thug Connect for New Song "Don't Stop"
Released just in time for Megan’s ‘SNL’ performance this weekend.
Megan Thee Stallion has her debut album coming this fall and while a full name and release date have yet to be announced, she has dropped off its first single: “Don’t Stop” featuring Young Thug. The two even collaborated on a music video featuring Thugger channeling Edward Scissorhands and numerous callbacks to Alice in Wonderland.
“Don’t Stop” is energetic and unapologetic. Produced by Buddah Bless, the track borders on industrial with high-pitched glitches contrasted by hard-hitting percussion. The video was directed by Collin Tilley, the same creative behind Megan and Cardi B’s “WAP” collaboration.
The offering comes just in time for Megan’s Saturday Night Live performance this weekend as she’ll be the first musical guest for the iconic show’s 46th season. Megan was also recently featured in TIME‘s 100 list of most influential people. Her last notable output was her SUGA EP, released back in March.
