Workwear aficionados Carhartt WIP has followed up its Fall/Winter 2020 unveiling by teasing an upcoming collaboration with Tokyo-based label WACKO MARIA.

Connecting with the Japanese brand for the first time, the two have crafted an eye-catching 18-piece capsule collection, comprising classic WIP staples reworked with trademark WACKO MARIA stylings.

By instilling its bold approach to menswear into this collaboration, the result sees all-over leopard prints alongside embroidered lettered motifs, contrast lining and robust cotton lensed with punk sensibility, all while in-keeping with Carhartt WIP’s deep-rooted DNA.

All arriving on classic work jackets, overshirts, pants and sweaters, the full Carhartt WIP x WACKO MARIA collaboration is set to launch on October 10 via the Carhartt WIP webstore.

In other news, Hip has showcased BEAMS Plus’ FW20 collection in a 200-year-old Leeds-based library.
