Stüssy Goes Prehistoric for Fall 2019 Campaign

Following Stüssy’s “LIVIN’ EXTRA LARGE” billboards project in the California Desert, the surf and skate brand returns with a Fall ‘19 campaign completed in collaboration with California native and photographer Colin Dodgson. Stüssy looks to the past for its Fall ‘19 campaign, staying true to its Southern California roots while playfully alluding to bygone eras via a wily dinosaur.
Key pieces include a corduroy zip-up, checkered collared shirt with matching bucket hat, vertically-striped long sleeve and a Stüssy-branded towel. Greens and oranges inform the pieces, with textures and patterning offering a playful selection for the nostalgic vision. The campaign features a dinosaur that intrudes, challenges and embraces the environment it is a part of, encapsulating Stüssy’s ability to gain inspiration from the past while still moving forward as a brand.
Look for the Fall ‘19 collection to drop on August 16 at 1 p.m. EST on Stüssy’s website and in-store at retail locations.
