Nike Will Now Let You Customize Your Own Metcon 5 CrossFit Sneaker

After releasing the Metcon 5 “Medal Strong” in honor of the blood, sweat, and tears that athletes put in on their journey to victory, Beaverton is now bringing the Nike By You treatment to one of the CrossFit community’s favorite trainer, allowing you to customize your very own pair.
Nike previously had only provided Mat Fraser — CrossFit Games Champion and the Fittest Man on Earth — with the customization option, but now the sportswear brand is opening it up to all its fans via the popular Nike By You service. Those interested will be able to choose between a black or white base model, to begin with, and move around various parts of the shoe customizing its colors. You’ll even get to write your own text on the tongue in place of the regular “METCON” logo.
The Metcon 5 customization service launched on August 4, and will only be available for a limited time, so head over to Nike By You now to create your own pair.
