Along with seasonal Chain Reaction 2 sneakers, Versace’s Fall/Winter 2019 collection includes a range of goods designed in collaboration with Ford. The joint effort is part maximalist and part laid-back luxury, as the American car company’s logo graces a selection of premium athleisure garments.

According to Donatella Versace herself, the collaboration came about as a way for the designer to express the “excitement of buying your first car.” That excitement manifests in the muted hoodie’s Italian-made mid-weight cotton and premium touches, like metal lace tips and eyelets. Of course, two large logos take precedence; Ford’s blue branding appears at the chest, while Versace’s logo is realized in oversized white text at the hood, which features special paneling for maximum coverage.

The Ford hoodie is available on Browns Fashion’s site for $1,176 USD

Most recently, Versace dished out a seasonal iteration of its Medusa-emblazoned shoulder bag.
