UPDATE (August 23, 2019): The release of the Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals “Now Is Her Time” pack has been pushed back by two weeks. The drop, which features new colorways of the Solar HU, NMD, BYW and an Adilette silhouette, alongside an extensive apparel line, will now drop at adidas flagship stores, select retailers and online on September 13.

Original Story (August 20, 2019): Following on from their recent Hu NMD “PROUD” pack, adidas Originals and Pharrell Williams have come together again for a new campaign and collection. Titled “Now Is Her Time,” the new capsule is designed to champion women’s rights, and features unisex apparel and footwear.

Footwear styles in the collection include the Solar HU, NMD, BYW and the Adilette silhouettes, all of which have been redesigned to come in a more diverse and wide-ranging selection of colors than ever before. Every style also features slogans along the uppers, including “GRATITUDE/EMPATHY,” “BREATHE/THOUGHTS” and “INFINITE/SPECIES.”

To accompany the unisex footwear and apparel capsule, adidas Originals and Pharrell have worked with photographer Collier Schorr on a new campaign. Described as telling “the point of view of females from different backgrounds and the allies who support them,” the campaign features a diverse cast including community organizer and co-founder of Black Lives Matter Patrisse Cullors; filmmaker and human rights activist Sana Azim and model and co-founder of Style Saves Isabela Rangel Grutman alongside the likes of Syd, broadcaster Reggie Yates and surfer Keala Naihe.

Take a look through the campaign in the gallery above. The full “Now Is Her Time” collection is set to release on August 31 at adidas flagship stores and adidas.com.
