Saweetie Is a Boss in “My Type" Video
The video is a partnership with TNT’s hit show ‘Claws.’
Saweetie partners with TNT’s hit show Claws to drop a special version of her music video for her hit single, “My Type,” from her newest EP, ICY (ICY/Artistry Records/Warner Records). The video highlights some of the characters in the series such as Niecy Nash, Karrueche and the other ladies of the show while capturing the energy of the song.
“Icy Grls are fierce and fearless, bossed up beauties, so partnering with TNT for a Claws-themed remix of ‘My Type’ was a natural fit, and so much fun!” said Saweetie. Watch it above.
Most recently, Saweetie launched her own ICY jewelry collection. Next up, the West Coast native will be on tour with Cardi B and perform at Wireless Fest, Lil Weezyana and her very own multi-night Las Vegas residency. Season three of Claws premiere on Sunday, June 9 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).
