PLEASURES Unveils Latest Summer 2019 Lookbook via Fish-Eye
A claustrophobic view amidst vibrant warm-weather garments.
Shortly after teaming up with LMC for an early-internet-inspired SS19 capsule, PLEASURES has returned with its Summer 2019 collection.
Dubbed “The End has NO END,” the latest lookbook is captured through a fish-eye lens, presenting a claustrophobic view amidst a series of vibrant warm-weather palettes that range from bright pink to rich leopard patterns. Silhouettes include pieces like multi-colored striped tees, checkered short-sleeve button-ups, hockey jerseys, embroidered pants, hoodies, shiny nylon shorts as well as a slew of T-shirts with graphics done by the Hong Kong-based DJ Healthy and Nashville graphic designer Zach Halfhill.
One standout piece is the hockey jersey, emblazoned with a skeletal sketch of ribs at the front. Red and white stripes as well as a scooped hem detail the piece, while branding is stamped at the back. Another highlight is a pair of chinos covered in a light sheen. White contrast threads line the seams that match the embroidered “P” motif placed at the back pocket. Other pieces like paint-splattered T-shirts, graphic long-sleeves, Hawaiian shirts, slacks, hats and soccer jerseys round up the expansive range.
The Pleasures Summer 2019 Collection is now available at PLEASURES’ website as well as select retailers like HBX.
