Icewear Vezzo & Big Sean Reconnect for Kid Art-Directed "Balance" Video
New heat from two of Detroit’s most beloved hometown-heroes.
Back in February, Icewear Vezzo and Big Sean linked up for a new collaborative single titled “Balance.” Now, teaming up with renowned director Kid Art, the two Detroit superstars are serving up the official music video in support of their recent Dupri-produced record.
“Burner on my waist, yeah, this bitch oven, yeah / Shawty seen my wrist, bet this bitch f*ckin’ (Yeah) / I been turnin’ up for like six summers (What?) / Type of n***a shoot the club up ‘it I hit somethin’, uh / These n***as virgins, they ain’t hittin’ nothin’ (They ain’t hittin’ nothin’),” Icewear Vezzo spits on “Balance.” “I just got a squirter with a big onion (Big onion) / Spend another birdie, now my wrist flooded (Dancer) / RIP my n***a Loki, that’s my big cousin, uh / Should’ve put your jeweler in a casket (In a casket) / I just bought another Cuban, I’m a savage, uh (I’m a savage) / Bitch, I’m a boss, I ain’t average (Nah) A lot of n***as fallin’ off, we still balanced, n***a.”
“I can’t trust a f*ckin’ thing you tellin’ me (No way) / I done been through everything except a wedding ring (Yeah yeah),” Big Sean raps during the beginning of his “Balance” verse. “Almost everybody in this bitch got felonies (Goddamn) / I just thank my God that all these blessings fell on me (Right on me).”
