UPDATE: Final Iron Throne Found in New York City
Hidden in Queens.
UPDATE (03/29/19): The final Iron Throne hidden by HBO to promote Game of Thrones‘ eighth and final season was found in Queens, one of the five boroughs of New York City, on Thursday morning. The winner, Melanie Joaquín, said she instantly recognised where the throne was hidden when HBO posted the clue to its social media accounts. 10 minutes later she was on a bus to the battery at Fort Totten Park in Queens. Upon discovering the throne, a man dressed in a fur lined robe crowned her with Baratheon’s crown. Check out the video above of the last Iron Throne being found.

UPDATE (03/27/19): The fifth Iron Throne has been found earlier today. Located in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, Canada, the life-sized throne was discovered by couple Kevin and Birgit Sharman. The pair were greeted by two men dressed in fur-lined robes upon being the first to discover this throne hidden in North America.
So far HBO has yet to reveal a livestream for the sixth and final life-size Iron Throne from Game of Thrones, though the network will be soon considering only six days remain in the quest. Head over to forthethrone.com for more details.

UPDATE (03/26/19): The third and fourth Iron Thrones from Game of Thrones have been located. Firstly the “Throne of Joy” was situated at the Castello de Atienza, located north of the Spanish capital, Madrid, while the “Throne of Valyria” was located in Brazil.
With that HBO has now hidden its fifth of six life-size thrones in another cold location. Titled the “Throne of Ice,” the new hiding spot seems to be naturally dark and situated amongst a bevy of massive icicles. Take a look at the video above to see if you have any idea where the new Iron Throne is being kept. The sixth and and final throne will be unveiled later this week.
Head over to forthethrone.com for more details. There are seven more days left in the quest.

UPDATE (03/25/19): The second life-sized Iron Throne from Game of Thrones has been found. Hidden away in a northern icy tundra of Björkliden located in Sweden, a pair of friends have successfully claimed their prize.
To continue on its current campaign, and as a lead up to Game of Throne‘s eighth and final season, HBO has been hiding these life-sized thrones in all sorts of secret places, waiting for lucky fans to find them.
After the second throne was found, HBO has now gone on and hidden two more. Firstly, the “Throne of Joy,” can be seen hidden on a hill while a castle can be seen in the background. This looks to be the same spot where episode three of season six was shot where a young Ned Stark is trying to protect his younger sister, Lyanna Stark. If this is the case, the new throne is located at the Castle of Atienza near Madrid.
Next the “Throne of Valyria” has been placed in a rocky canyon. Take a look at the new hidden Iron Thrones below and head over to forthethrone.com for more details. And according to the #ForTheThrone countdown, there are 8 days left to find this second throne.
