adidas Gives Three Stripes Purists a ZX4000 OG Colorway for SS19
Dropping for the first time since 1989.
The adidas continues its heritage revival with a new ZX4000 release based on the OG 1989 colorway of “Crystal White/Semi Solar Yellow/Core Black.”
This drop will see a true-to-original construction and colorway that celebrates the groundbreaking design and function of the iconic ’90s runner. The OG colorway sees large retro trefoil heel cup branding, a classic combination of mesh and suede overlays and several hits of neon yellow along with a mix of blue hues.
Complete with torsion equipment courtesy of a Kevlar bar in the EVA sole unit, the ZX4000 OG is a history-defining Spring-ready ode to the vintage revival we continue to see in the footwear industry. Priced at €120 (approx. $135 USD), head to retailers such as BSTN to grab a pair now, and keep an eye out for a wider global release.
In other adidas news, the YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Geode” full store list has been announced.
