Sneakersnstuff Adds Pops of Color to the adidas Originals Nite Jogger
With a campaign starring Oscar 1992.
Sneakersnstuff and adidas Originals have come together to celebrate the Three Stripes’ Nite Jogger silhouette. To mark the release of the sneaker, Sneakernstuff has produced a campaign featuring legendary New York City club scene party curator Oscar 1992.
The Nite Jogger fuses the 1970s original shape and design language with modern day technology and adidas’ current streamlined aesthetic. The Sneakersnstuff edition sees the full-length boost-equipped sneaker combine multiple layers of ripstop nylon with reflective 3M detailing on the laces, stripes, heel patch and highlight overlays, with mesh and suede overlaying the color-blocked construction.
Its bold accents of neon, blue and pink contrast the dark black upper, a color scheme which is reflected in the NYC nightlife-inspired campaign featuring Oscar 1992. Creating a video series titled “How To Tackle NYC’s Nightlife,” the campaign sees Oscar 1992 give ‘tips’ to partygoers while wearing the feature sneaker and an equally loud steampunk-meets-NYC nightlife outfit.
