WARDROBE.NYC's Third Collection Is a Complete Set of Street-Ready Garments
A NYC pop-up shop has launched alongside Release 03 | Street.
The brainchild of Louis Vuitton stylist and former YEEZY consultant Christine Centenera and her partner, Australian designer Josh Goot, WARDROBE.NYC offers customers a complete capsule wardrobe at prices ranging from $600 USD to over $3,000 USD. “Release 02 | Sport” made waves with its exclusive adidas Yung 1 collaboration; “Release 03 | Street” seeks to expand upon that easygoing attitude with another curated selection of muted layering pieces.
Available as a 4- or 8-piece capsule, Street is an effortless range of neutral-toned essentials. The smaller capsule consists of an oversized T-shirt, a long-sleeved counterpart, hoodie and water resistant pant. Upgrading to the larger offering adds a puffer jacket, flannel shirt, raglan sleeve sweater and tailored cargo pant. As usual, all garments are designed in New York and crafted in Italy.
To commemorate the new offering, WARDROBE.NYC is hosting a limited pop-up in New York, showcasing “Release 03 | Sport” alongside the past two collections, Tailored and Sport. This concept store allows the brand to highlight its goods in person for the first time, with the aim of demonstrating the ease of mixing and matching the complete capsule collections.
Head to WARDROBE.NYC’s site to explore the offerings, which retail for $600 USD (4-piece) or $2,400 USD (8-piece) and are limited to only 500 wardrobes. Visit the SoHo pop-up to explore WARDROBE.NYC’s wares in-person; check out the industrial space below.
Elsewhere in New York, Palm Angels recently debuted a variety of street-friendly looks for Fall/Winter 2019.
