Quavo, Bad Bunny & More to Play in 2019 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game

With just over a week left before All-Star Weekend festivities hit Charlotte, North Carolina, the NBA has just announced the line-up for its celebrity All-Star Game.
Making a return this is year is 2018 MVP and Migos member Quavo along with reggaeton singer Bad Bunny. The Home team, made up of celebrities who have ties to the Carolinas, will include comedian Nick Cannon, Luke Cage‘s Mike Colter, Rapsody, former NFL star Steve Smith, Chris Daughtry, Dr. Oz, Terrence J, ESPN analyst Jay Williams, and JB Smoove. The Away team will include Bad Bunny, Bucks co-owner Marc Lasry, comedian Hasan Minhaj, and Quavo.
Each team will then be joined by a real life “hometown hero” seeing 47-year old Marine Jason Weinmann, who rescued flood victims during Hurricane Florence, joining the Home team and 29-year-old Nashville resident James Shaw Jr., who disarmed a gunman at a Tennessee Waffle house, joining the Away team. Finally the Home team will be coached by three-time Olympic champion Dawn Staley while WNBA champion Seattle Storm’s Sue Bird takes on the duty for the Away team.
The 2019 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game, presented by Ruffles, will take place on Friday, February 15, two days before the All-Star Game on Sunday, February 17. J. Cole, Meek Mill and more are set to perform at the event. Check out the full rosters below.
