Tourne de Transmission Releases Chris Floyd Collaborative Collection
“BLOODSHOT EYES SCAN THE SKIES >>”
Tourne de Transmission has collaborated with Chris Floyd, the photographer capturing moments of British youth culture in the ’90s while touring with the likes of Oasis and The Verve.
Reels of film photography taken between 1994-1998 by Floyd have been superimposed and manipulated in a capsule collection featuring long sleeve t-shirts, hoodies and a coach jacket. Each piece showcases Floyd’s portraits, abstract and lifestyle photography, while combined with Tourne de Transmission‘s “analogue/digital/signal>>multipoint” branding and deconstructed artwork.
Key pieces include a hoodie with a Chris Floyd-adapted and inverted print of Alice In Wonderland featuring Tourne de Transmission detailing, and a coach jacket which features a myriad of graphics, from street photography to portraits and a shot of a run-down church, again incorporating Tourne de Transmission motifs and the collection title BLOODSHOT EYES SCAN THE SKIES >>.
